Spencer’s memberships require a minimum six-month commitment. Memberships are billed automatically on a monthly basis, with no initiation fees. After the initial term, cancellations require seven days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Memberships are location-specific and valid only at the spa location selected at the time of purchase, whether purchased online or in person, and may not be transferred between locations. Membership credits are issued monthly and rolls over while the membership remains active. Credits are for personal use only, may not be shared, and must be booked through the member’s account. Gratuity is not included.
