Pregnancy brings its own kind of tension — new pressure on the back, hips, and joints, and swelling that a standard massage isn't designed to address safely. The Prenatal Massage is built specifically around this stage, not adapted from another treatment.

What It Is

A gentle approach that combines soothing, relaxing bodywork with light stretching, using pillows and bolsters to support the spine in a comfortable, neutral position for both mother and baby. It's designed to ease muscle tension, reduce swelling, support better circulation, and bring a sense of calm that pregnancy's physical demands can make harder to find on your own.

Who It's For

Anyone who is pregnant, past their 1st trimester, and dealing with the neck, back, hip, or joint tension that tends to come with it — as well as anyone simply looking for a nurturing, safe way to relax during this season.

What You'll Feel Afterward

Lighter, less swollen, and noticeably more comfortable through the back, hips, and joints — along with the kind of calm that's harder to access without dedicated, safe support.

Session Length

Available as a 60-minute session, performed only by practitioners certified in prenatal technique.

Take care of both of you.
