  1. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before your appointment. We recommend arriving 10 minutes earlier to your appointment time to enjoy our complimentary hot tea and fruit-infused water. 

  2. Avoid Heavy Meals: Enjoy a light meal before your spa visit. A full stomach can make some treatments less comfortable, particularly massages.

  3. Arrive Early: Aim to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows you to settle in, change into provided slippers, and begin relaxing in our lounge.

  4. Pack Essentials for Post-Treatment: Especially if you’re visiting us for a quick 30 minute treatment, you may also want to bring skincare products to reapply as needed. 


During Your Visit


  1. Unplug: Put your phone on silent—trust us, it’s embarrassing for everyone, and we all know that feeling. Immersing yourself in the experience means disconnecting from distractions, allowing you to fully relax and recharge. You’ll thank us later!

  2. Trust Your Therapist: Whether it’s a facial or body treatment, let your therapist guide you through the process.  Be sure to let us know how we can best tailor your treatment to your individual needs. 

  3. Savor the Moment: Focus on the sensations and aromas around you. Mindful engagement enhances relaxation and amplifies the benefits of your treatments.


Post-Spa Care


  1. Hydrate Again: Replenish lost fluids by drinking water or herbal tea after your treatments.
